These are Carpet Tile Wholesale’s online store Terms and Conditions of Sale to which all online purchases are subject. These Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to orders made in person, over the phone or by email correspondence. By using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions but they do not affect your statutory rights.

The Contract

For online orders, acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Carpet Tile Wholesale) and you, (the customer), will only take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. When goods are supplied on credit, the goods remain the total property of Carpet Tile Wholesale until paid for in full.

Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Carpet Tile Wholesale of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

Price Information

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.

All prices are shown in £ sterling and exclude V.A.T.

If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.

Ordering Goods

Our online store can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered to addresses in the UK and originating from and for delivery to those addresses.

Carpet Tile Wholesale will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and for that acceptance to have been effectively communicated to you.

Orders that are made over the phone, in person or by email and where credit is given, Carpet Tile Wholesale remains the owner of the goods until all goods are paid for in full. The only language in which the contract can be concluded is English.

Subject Access Notice

You are entitled to a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your information, please write to us at our postal address below and we will let you have a copy as soon as we can. Please note that there may be a charge of £10 for this service.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards registered to addresses in the UK.

Please ensure that the expiry date of your credit/debit card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. If your payment card date has expired, we will be unable to take payment or fulfil your order.

Validation Checks

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be able to process or fulfill your order.

Complaints and Queries

Colours and Specifications

Representations of colour online are as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow but the colours can be affected by the calibration of different devices, monitors and screens.

Samples of all our products are always available and we strongly recommend that you ask for a sample for confirmation as we cannot be held responsible for a wrong colour choice being made.

Returns Policy

If you need to return your carpet tiles to us, you must contact Carpet Tile Wholesalein the first instance by email at sales@carpettilewholesale.co.uk or telephone us on 0115 940 4454. We will issue a Returns Authorisation and cannot accept any carpet tiles or issue any refunds without one.

We offer this servicewithin 365 days of you receiving your carpet tiles but unless the carpet tiles were damaged upon delivery to you, we will have to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% plus the full delivery and collection charges. You must notify us of any damages or shortages within 7 days as we cannot accept any damaged returns after that initial 7-day period.

If the product has already been dispatched, double delivery charges will have to be charged because the carriers will have to deliver to you and then return the goods to us. This amount will be deducted from the refund value. If you are genuinely not satisfied with the carpet tiles that you have chosen, please do get in touch and we will do our very best to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction.

Should the carpet tiles you receive not be the ones you ordered, then of course, the correct items will be sent out to you as soon as possible or a full refund offered. However, if you have already installed your carpet tiles then we are sorry to say that we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
