Seconds Choice

Tiles in this section are factory seconds. Some have visible surface faults, but many have been rejected by the manufacturer simply for not complying in some way with their standard specification.

Such variations make no difference to the end user and are not detrimental to the finished floor; in fact; with a lot of these tiles you can't tell that they are seconds!

All have been graded by us and given a quality rating of 1 to 5, where 5 is a perfect tile. Any visible faults are accurately described. And if we've missed anything and you're not happy with your tiles then we will either exchange them or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
