Returns are not accepted unless by prior arrangement. To arrange a collection, you must first contact Carpet Tile Wholesale either by email at sales@carpettilewholesale.co.uk or telephone us on 0115 940 4454. We will issue a Returns Authorisation. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation cannot be accepted.

If product has been purchased and is no longer required, a 25% re-stocking and handling fee will be imposed, plus full un-discounted delivery and collection charges.

If the product has already been dispatched, double delivery charges will be imposed as carriers will have to deliver to you and then return the goods to us. This amount will be deducted from the refund value.

If the goods received are not what you ordered, the correct items will be sent out to you as soon as possible or a full refund offered.

If the goods have been installed no refund will be given.
