Why should I use carpet tiles?

What should I consider when selecting a tile?

Even the cheapest tiles will look good when first installed − the question is, for how long will they stay looking good? With better quality tiles you will achieve longer appearance retention. Please ask for further information; it is particularly important in offices with castor chairs that the correct product is selected.

Do carpet tiles require underlay?

No, the tiles have their own backing, and can be laid straight onto any level, dry, clean surface.

Are special tools required for installation?

You will need a Stanley knife with heavy duty straight blades and a straight edge. It is important to use a sharp blade for cutting − change the blade every 8 − 10 cuts, or as soon as it starts to snag the tile. We can supply blades and knives at competitive prices.
